  • Fish in two lakes that are teeming with bass, catfish, crappie and perch.
  • Swim in either our lakes, the historic Cimarron River or relax in our modern swimming pool after a long day spent in the saddle.
  • Hike over natural cattle trails through groves of Locust, Catalpa and Cottonwood trees.
  • Canoe or paddle boat up and down historic Hoyle Creek, which runs along the eastern border of the ranch. This ‘creek’ was at one time the 1800’s Cimarron River Channel.
  • Take an old fashioned buggy or trolley ride over the open Oklahoma plains.

  • Depending on the dates of events and subject to availability, explore the local culture of Oklahoma by attending rodeos, powwows and museums or kick your boots up by dancing to local country and western artists.
  • Experience the Old West in its truest form by learning how to swing a rope and ‘tie hard and fast’ the cowboy way.
  • Hone shooting skills by participating in the time honored tradition of skeet shooting.
  • Nature watchers can bring their binoculars, as an abundance of wildlife indigenous to Oklahoma calls the ranch home.  Deer, turkey and coyotes to all types of waterfowl and songbirds, can be found on every corner of the ranch.
  • IMG_1070For those staying a week or more, experience breakfast on the trail the Old West way.  Start the day off around an open campfire replete with Dutch oven cooking and tall tales.
